Why We Cannot Offer Refunds
Due to the nature of the custom services we provide, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. We want to be transparent about why this is necessary.
When a project is initiated and a payment is made, we immediately begin allocating significant resources. This includes:
- Dedicated Personnel Time: Our designers, developers, project managers, and strategists dedicate their time and expertise to your project from day one.
- Software and Resource Costs: We incur costs for software licenses, third-party tools, and other resources required to create your custom solution.
- Opportunity Costs: By scheduling your project, we are booking our team’s time and foregoing other potential projects.
Because these resources are committed upfront and the work performed is tailored specifically to your business, it is impossible for us to recover these costs or “return” the services rendered. For these reasons, all payments, including initial deposits and milestone payments, are non-refundable once work has commenced.
